hOW DO WE REALLY KNOW THERE WAS A DRAFTED ADDENDUM TO THE WILL, THE ATTORNEY SHOULD HAVE A COPY RIGHT?

    Yes, Mr. Montoya should have a copy.
    Keep in mind this document was not official nor binding in any way.
    Montoya was extremely reluctant to give us the information that he did. He did not have to divulge that information.
    We know that he wouldn't give us a copy without a court order and in order to obtain one we would have to prove that a copy of this would lead us to the murderer before we could even begin that process.
    For now we are not ready to make that move.

    BUT HOW DO YOU REALLY KNOW THERE WAS A DRAFT, MAYBE THERE IS A WITNESS TO COOBERATE, OOPS HIS STORY, CAUSE THAT WOULD REALLY THROW SOMEONE OFF TRACK AND CREATE MOTIVE.

    Why do you think an attorney would take the risk to lie to us about something like that?
    He has no reason to lie.
