Sunday afternoon, Detective Parker and I were called to an apartment near the university campus where 21-year-old Courtney Morris had been found hanged.
Courtney's best friend and the apartment manager were both at the scene and called 911 when they found her body.
There was no evidence of forced entry, and although there were some signs that could indicate a struggle, nothing is definitive yet.
In this update, review the incident report and the preliminary evidence inventory, and take a look at what the press had to say about the incident.

Coming up this week, we'll have a biography of the victim and we'll speak to those two witnesses who were at the scene. We'll also be on the lookout for Courtney Morris's boyfriend, who we'd also like to talk to.
