- Case Description: Devlin Beauchamp Homicide
In response to a request from Yoknapatawpha Sheriff's
Detectives, Carl Dixon voluntarily gave the detectives a copy of the
Home Plate employee time sheet for January 2, 2010. Mr. Dixon indicated
that, because employees manually sign in and out, times are typically
rounded to the closest 5-minute increment. In addition, Mr. Dixon also
stated that many employees often stay at the restaurant after they're
off the clock to have a drink and relax after work. Therefore, he also
provided the times the employee bar tabs were paid, as that time is
generally within a few minutes of the time the employee leaves the
restaurant.
