By special request of the Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff's Department for
top priority, the State Crime Lab and the Yoknapatawpha Crime Scene Investigators
have conducted preliminary forensic tests on recently acquired evidence
in the Zoe Chase homicide investigation. The initial results are provided
below and more extensive tests will be completed before trial.
