Case Description: John Doe homicide investigation

The following items were taken into evidence from the vandalism scene on the Allison farm, 114 yards north of the intersection of CR 323 and Taylor Creek.

  • 005533-01 through 005533-02: Two (2) rum bottles, empty
  • 005533-03: One (1) chicken carcass
  • 005533-04: One (1) ball of wax, measuring 4.5 inches in diameter, with paper protruding from the ball with the words "Laurie Daniels" handwritten on the visible portion of the paper
  • 005533-05: One (1) wooden crate, approximately 70% burned
  • 005533-06 through 005533-10: Five (5) ash samples collected from campfire residue
  • 005533-11 through 005533-23: Thirteen (13) blood samples collected from the trunk of the tree on the east side of the clearing, 5.3 feet from Taylor Creek
  • 005533-24 through 005533-28: Five (5) tree bark samples collected from the trunk of the tree on the east side of the clearing, 5.3 feet from Taylor Creek
  • 005533-29 through 005533-43: Fifteen (15) soil samples
  • 005533-44 through 005533-45: Two (2) left shoe prints, measuring 8-1/2 inches
  • 005533-46: One (1) right shoe print, measuring 8-1/2 inches
  • 005533-47 through 005533-50: Four (4) left shoe prints, measuring 8-1/8 inches
  • 005533-51 through 005533-56: Six (6) right shoe prints, measuring 8-1/8 inches
  • 005533-57 through 005533-59: Three (3) left shoe prints, measuring 11-1/4 inches
  • 005533-60 through 005533-62: Three (3) right shoe prints, measuring 11-1/4 inches
  • 005533-63: One (1) left shoe print, measuring 10-9/16 inches
  • 005533-64: One (1) right shoe print, measuring 10-9/16 inches
