The following items were taken into evidence from the swimming pool area at the Byrns residence at 604 College Hill Road.

- 003516-02: One (1) knife
- 003516-03 through 003516-05: Three (3) fragments of broken glass, clear in color, recovered from flagstone patio near an outdoor table
- 003516-06: One (1) pair of sunglasses worn by the victim
