With the coroner's official ruling on the manner of death and allegations of misconduct at Yoknapatawpha Acres, Detectives Armstrong and Murphy are pursuing a number of possibilities for how Jerry ended up dead next to that dumpster.

He had clashed with both Natalie and Matt in the past over personal and professional issues.

Was Jerry killed because of his gambling debts, negligent patient care, or something else entirely?
