To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
210 Elm Street, Oxford, MS, which is a free-standing, one-story single-family home, shown by public record as owned by Rupert Coates and Diane Coates; a Toyota Camry vehicle (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXX) registered to Diane Coates; a Ford Taurus vehicle (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXX) registered to Rupert Coates;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
Substances consistent with the coroner's description of the substance that contributed to the death of Diane Coates, namely Coumadin, also known as warfarin; equipment used to store, conceal, or administer the substance; a beverage or beverage component, red in color; a beverage or beverage component containing ethyl alcohol; a dark blue baseball cap bearing the retired red lower case "A" logo of the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball team;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before February 20 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
