The Memphis Police Department uses "red light cameras" to identify traffic offenders at select intersections. YCSD investigators examined all traffic images from September 1.
The photo below was taken at the intersection of East Shelby Drive and Airways Road in Memphis at 5:39 p.m. The vehicle is a white 2016 Buick LaCrosse registered to Forrest Burgess.
