On June 24, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Doreen Ledford.

  • One (1) pair of men's workboots, brown, size 10

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective David Montaigne

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

284 Swepi Road, which is a one-story, three-bedroom, single-family home shown by public record as owned by Doreen Allen Ledford;

in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Articles of clothing or other items comprised in whole or in part of dark green polyester; soil samples; men's shoes, size 8 or larger; women's shoes, size 10 or larger; clothing, footwear, or other items with possible bloodstains; .38 Special revolver handgun, 357 Magnum revolver handgun; .38 Special caliber ammunition; 357 Magnum caliber ammunition;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before July 3, 2024 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
