Dets. Magee and Beckwith—

Since we last talked, I was able to get the information you requested on flights leaving Memphis airport from 1/1/2021 to 1/7/2021. We did not solely consider non-stop flights to New York (JFK, La Guardia, and Newark) on both Delta and American Airlines. Instead, we had the airport check for Daniel Collier's name on all outgoing flight rolls to take into consideration any possible connecting-flight combinations he might have been on.

The airport has no record of Daniel Collier boarding a plane on any of these dates. The TSA has no record of him going through security. There is no record of Collier checking his bags. After 9/11, it is highly unlikely that the TSA would have permitted Collier to board a plane under an assumed name. It is my opinion that Daniel Collier did NOT get on a plane in Memphis airport during the dates you provided above.

In addition, we have no camera footage from the long-term parking area where Collier's car was abandoned. The airport only keeps surveillance footage from general security cameras in that location for 30 days, so this avenue of inquiry is a nonstarter.

I'm sorry to be so little help to you at this time, but if I can assist in the future, please be in contact.

T. Guidry
