I received the attached search warrant April 5, 2024 and have executed it as follows:
On April 7, 2024 at 8:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Emmett Sanford.
INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT
• 001653-30: One (1) Allstate Leather brand denim jacket, black, size 42L, found in entry closet
• 001653-31: One (1) pair Thorogood mid-cut boots, size 12, found in plastic tub in garage
• 001653-32: One (1) car seat cover, black, found in trash can in garage
• 001653-33: One (1) bath towel, black, found in Emmett's bathroom
• 001653-34: One (1) full set of fingerprint exemplars for Emmett Sanford
• 001653-35 through 36: Two (2) blood samples from Emmett Sanford
• 001653-37 through 38: Two (2) hair samples from Emmett Sanford

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
493 Sisk Avenue, which is a one-story, two-bedroom, single-family home shown by public record as leased to and occupied by Emmett Sanford and Clark Rhodes;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
Articles of clothing or other items comprised in whole or in part of black cotton; men's Thorogood Street Athletics Liberty shoe, size 10-14; clothing, footwear, or other items with possible bloodstains;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before April 15, 2024 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
