I received the attached search warrant April 5, 2024 and have executed it as follows:

On April 7, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Deirdre Littleton.

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

  • 001653-39: One (1) women's Coldwater Creek pencil skirt, brown with dark stains, size 10, found in primary bedroom closet

  • 001653-40: One (1) men's Gap V-neck t-shirt, navy with dark stains, size M, found under bed in Liam Sanford's bedroom

  • 001653-41: One (1) NY Yankees baseball cap, white with navy letters and reddish stains, found in Liam Sanford's bedroom

  • 001653-42: One (1) decorative pillow, black, found on living room couch

  • 001653-43: One (1) full set of fingerprint exemplars for Deirdre Littleton

  • 001653-44 through 45: Two (2) blood samples from Deirdre Littleton

  • 001653-46 through 47: Two (2) hair samples from Deirdre Littleton

  • 001653-48: One (1) full set of fingerprint exemplars for Liam Sanford

  • 001653-49 through 50: Two (2) blood samples from Liam Sanford

  • 001653-51 through 52: Two (2) hair samples from Liam Sanford

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

410 Thacker Loop, which is a one-story, three-bedroom, single-family home shown by public record as owned by Deirdre Littleton;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Articles of clothing or other items comprised in whole or in part of black cotton; men's Thorogood Street Athletics Liberty shoe, size 10-14; clothing, footwear, or other items with possible bloodstains;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before April 15, 2024 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
