Case Description: Kelly Moran death investigation
Zina Jacinto lives in the same subdivision as the victim and, according to her, visits her friend across the street from the Moran residence a few times a week.
Ms. Jacinto told the detectives she kept track of vehicles parked on Muirfield Drive that she felt were "suspicious." Ms. Jacinto said she did not monitor the vehicles every day.
The YCSD has not corroborated this list. It consists exclusively of Ms. Jacinto's data and may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies.
Investigators are currently tracing the license plate numbers to identify the registered owners.
