Case Description: Kelly Moran death investigation

A resident on St. Charles Circle notified the YCSD that his security system had captured someone moving past his house at approximately 7:00 p.m. on the night Kelly Moran was killed.

Investigators have not yet determined whether there is a connection between the person seen in the security video and the death of Kelly Moran.
