Case Description: Andrea Stover death investigation

Concerned Oxford Parents (COP) published a warning flyer to alert Yoknapatawpha County residents to Andrea Stover's presence and the danger they felt was associated with her return to the community.

During his interview, COP president Ben Morgan gave the detectives a copy of the flyer.
