No fairy tale ending for 'Sleeping Beauty'

A Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff’s Officer found the body of a young woman in a storage unit at Duane's Store-O-Rama last night at approximately 11:15 p.m. YCSD Public Information Officer Elizabeth Jones said the officer was on routine patrol when he went to investigate suspicious circumstances observed at the self-storage facility on Meadowview Drive and discovered the body. Jones declined to comment on the cause of death, but indicated that it is currently being treated as suspicious.
Jones said the victim had no identification in her possession and the sheriff's department is requesting the public's help in identifying her. The dead woman is white, approximately 17-20 years of age, 5' 6" tall, 170 pounds with black, apparently dyed hair and hazel eyes. Jones noted that the woman also had a facial piercing known as a "Monroe." Sources inside the department say the victim's youth and serene appearance led some at the scene to refer to her as "Sleeping Beauty," but as one person reportedly said, "unfortunately, there's no happily-ever-after for this princess."
If you have any information about this young woman's identity or the circumstances leading to her death, the Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff's Department asks you to contact them at 234-XXXX.
