I received the attached search warrant May 30, 2023, and have executed it as follows:
On May 31, 2023, at 7:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Jordan Rodale, property owner.

- 002547-218: One (1) white, button-down dress shirt with dark red or copper-colored stains.
Home Office
- 002547-219: Two hundred thirty-one (231) pages of Jordan Rodale book project and accompanying notes
- 002547-220: One (1) contract with Brooks and Ramos publishing company regarding non-fiction book project
- 002547-221 through 002547-226: Six (6) handwritten letters from Devlin Beauchamp dated February–April 2018
- 002547-227 through 002547-234: Eight (8) paperclipped, printed emails from Brooks and Ramos publishing company editor Kevin Greenville dated March-April 2023 with sticky note reading "J, What should we tell them? We can't stall forever. V"
- 002547-235 through 002547-236: Two (2) handwritten letters on Brooks and Ramos publishing company letterhead from editor Kevin Greenville dated April 2023 regarding the tardiness of book project and inquiring about the status of Mrs. Rodale's journals
- 002547-237 through 002547-240: Four (4) paperclipped, printed emails from Hale Literary Agency dated April-May 2023 regarding the tardiness of book project with sticky note reading "J, You've got to do something. V"
- 002547-241: One (1) handwritten note from John Yavni of the Hale Literary Agency dated May 2023 of an urgent nature.
- 002547-242 through 002547-243: Two (2) sticky notes from Vincent Jones to Jordan Rodale regarding calls from Yoknapatawpha County detectives.
- 002547-244 through 002547-245: Two (2) accordion file folders labeled "Mom" and "Beau"

To Detective Ted Armstrong and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Ted Armstrong
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
910 Old Taylor Road, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, two-story, single-family home with attached garage shown by public record as owned by Jordan Lucius Rodale;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
Journals written by Devlin Whitmore Beauchamp; any blunt instrument approximately 6 cm in diameter with rounded edges and a smooth face; any articles of clothing bearing apparent bloodstains; any articles of clothing or carpet samples consistent with unidentified fibers found at the crime scene (see Appendix A); documents pertaining to the execution of a book project that requires the journals of Margaret Vickers Beauchamp Rodale; documents from a professional publishing company to Jordan Lucius Rodale; pieces of correspondence between Jordan Lucius Rodale and Devlin Whitmore Beauchamp;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before June 9, 2023 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
